摘　　要：目的揭示舒筋活络胶囊的抗炎作用。方法分别用二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀、冰醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加、角叉菜胶及蛋清所致大鼠足跖肿胀、小鼠棉球肉芽肿等5种炎症动物模型实验观察舒筋活络胶囊对急性、慢性炎症的作用。结果舒筋活络胶囊明显减轻二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀;减轻蛋清、角叉菜胶所致大鼠足跖肿胀;显著抑制醋酸所致的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高。对小鼠棉球肉芽肿亚急性炎症也具有抑制作用。结论舒筋活络胶囊对多种炎症模型均有明显的对抗作用。Objective To explore the anti - inflammatory effects of Shujinhuoluo Capsule, and to provide some pharmacological evidence for clinical application. Methods Five inflammatory models including the swelling of ear induced by xylene in mice, the permeability increase of blood capillary by HAC in mice egg white - induced foot and carrageenan - induced foot acute inflammatory edema in rat, and the cotton - pellet granuloma of the mice were used to detect the anti - inflammation of Shujinhuoluo Capsule. Results Shujinhuoluo Capsule has significant inflammatory action on ears swell induced by xylene in mice, penetration of capillary vessel in mice, strong inhibition carrageenan - induced rat foot swelling, egg white - induced rat foot swelling, and the cotton - pellet granuloma of the mice . Conclusion Shujinhuoluo Capsule has significant anti - inflammation on various inflammatory models.
