摘　　要：目的:探讨康复护理干预对脑卒中跌倒患者生活质量的影响。方法:将70例脑卒中患者随机分为观察组和对照组各35例,对照组患者采用神经内科常规药物治疗,观察组在此基础上接受康复护理干预,随访3个月后评定疗效。结果:干预前后,观察组与对照组的跌倒次数、生活质量比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:康复护理干预对提高脑卒中跌倒患者的生活质量具有积极作用。Objective ： Probe into the influence of rehabilitation nursihg intervention on the quality of life in tumble patient with cerebral apoplexy. Methods ：70 patients with cerebral apoplexy were randomly divided into observation group（ n = 35 ） and control（ n = 35 ）, the control group used general drag therapy and the observation group accepted rehabilitation nursing intervention based on general drug therapy. To assess the effect after following visit 3 months. Results ：The times of tumble and the quality of life has remarkable different in two groups before and after intervention （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ：The results shows that rehabilitation nursing intervention has active function to improve the quality of life on tumble patient with cerebral apoplexy.
