摘　　要：目的:探讨运用"五常法"对产房进行规范化管理的效果。方法:在产房实行"五常法"管理,并比较实施前后的护理效果。结果:实施"五常法"后,科室护理管理质量、病人满意度均得到提高。结论:产房实施"五常法",提高了护理质量。Objective：To study the effects of using five - routine working regulations to strenthen the standardization management in department of delivery, room . Methods：The five - routine working regulations was used in the course of standardization management in delivery room department, and the compared the effects before and after using this method. Results：This practice improved nurses,diathesis, nursing skills and quality of nursing , as well as patients, satisfaction. Conclusion：The five - routine working regulations could improve the standardization management in delivery room department.
