摘　　要：胰腺癌的多药耐药常常是化疗失败的首要原因，也是影响患者预后的重要因素。多药耐药原因是多方面的，其中ABC蛋白家族发挥着重要作用。通过转录和翻译水平对ABC蛋白家族进行调节，能部分逆转胰腺癌的多药耐药，提高化疗疗效，改善患者预后。Muhidrug resistance is the primary reason for failures of pancreatic cancer chemotherapy, and is the important faotor affecting patients prognosis. The reasons of multidrug resistance are complicated, but ABC superfamily plays an key role. Through transcription and translation regulation of ABC superfamily, it can partly reverse muhidrug resistance in pancreatic cancer,increase therapeutic effect and improve patients＇ prog- nosis.
