摘　　要：以典型问卷调查的统计结果为基础，通过职工与不同比较对象的公平心态，分析了国有大型建筑企业公平感结构的现状及特征．并根据国有建筑企业劳动人事制度中存在问题的原因分析，提出了提高企业效率的改革措施．In terms of statistics of typical questionuaire investigation, this thesis probes into the employees’ psychological behavior compared with diffierent counterparts. It also analyses the characteristic and current condition of the equity sense of the employees in large scale state construction enterprises. Problems which lies with personal systems in state construction enterprises are tackled and steps for reform on impreving the enterprise efficiency are studied in details.
