2型糖尿病患者肾功能不全的危险因素分析研究

摘　　要：目的观察2型糖尿病患者肾功能与相关因素的关系,探讨2型糖尿病患者肾功能减退的相关危险因素。方法选取住院的2型糖尿病患者492例,收集相关临床资料并检测相关生化指标。使用SPSS13.0统计软件进行数据分析和处理。结果2型糖尿病合并肾功能不全组患者与肾功能正常组患者相比,年龄、病程、收缩压、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、血尿素氮、尿酸、血肌酐、尿蛋白排泄率水平均明显较高,有统计学意义(P<0.05);肾功能不全与年龄、病程、尿蛋白排泄率有相关性(P<0.05)。结论年龄、病程是2型糖尿病患者肾功能不全的主要影响因素。Objective To observc the relations of renal function in type 2 diabetes patients and related factors to explore the risk factors of renal dysfunction. Methods A total of 492 case.s were recruited from the department of endocrinology in our study. Their clinical data were collected and biochemical indicators were measured. The data were analyzed by SPAS13.0 software. Results Age, course, systolic blood pre.~sure, total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, serum uric acid and urinary albumin excretion in type 2 diabetes with renal dysfunction group were significantly higher than the normal renal function group （ ,P 〈 0.05）. They were relevant with age, course and urinary albumin excretion （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Age and course is the main influencing factors of renal dysfunction in type 2 diabetes patients.
