中美非煤矿山职业健康法律法规标准对比分析

摘　　要：如今,粉尘、噪音等矿山职业健康问题已经引起了全世界矿山企业的广泛关注,但是我国在这两个方面法规标准的制定管理尚不完善。文章从矿山空气质量法规标准及噪音法规标准两个方面对中国、美国非煤矿山职业健康标准进行具体分析,对比中美两国在职业健康方面具体标准的异同,进而提出适合我国国情的安全健康标准发展的建议。Nowadays, dust and noise in mine are concerned by mine corporations all over the world. However, the standardization and management of these aspects are still developing in China. In this paper, air quality and noise are the main aspects of occupational health regulations being contrasted. Some suggestions are proposed for the American standards to be learned in the development and achievement of Chinese mine occupational health administration and standardization systems.
