益气温经通络中药在膝骨性关节炎关节镜清理术后的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察益气温经通络中药在膝骨性关节炎关节镜清理术后应用的临床疗效。方法:选择早、中期膝关节骨性关节炎患者141例,随机分为治疗组和玻璃酸钠对照组,进行临床疗效评价和TNF-α、IL-1检测。结果:两组临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗前后比较,TNF-α和IL-1含量变化有统计学意义(P<0.05);但治疗后治疗组与对照组间TNF-α和IL-1含量变化比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:膝骨性关节炎关节镜清理术后应用益气温经通络中药有较好的疗效。Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine for reinforcing qi and warming and activating meridian to treat osteoarthritis of the knee after surgery under arthroscopy. Methods： 141 cases of patients with osteoarthritis of knee joints in early and intermediate stage were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The clinical therapeutic effect were evaluated, while the TNF-α and IL-1 were detected. Results：There was no significant difference in the clinical therapeutic effect between the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. The level of TNF-α and IL-1 before treatment was significant different from that of TNF-α and IL-1 after treatment in the experimental group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference in the level of TNF-α and IL-1 between the two groups after treatment （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The traditional Chinese medicine for reinforcing qi and warming and activating meridian has satisfactory effect on curing osteoarthritis of the knee after surgery under arthroscopy, while the sodium hyaluronate has the same clinical therapeutic effect.
