摘 要:针对原油加工常减压装置管线中存在的高温环烷酸腐蚀难题,简单介绍了管线环烷酸腐蚀特点及发生的部位,初步分析了高温环烷酸腐蚀机理与特征,阐述了管线流速及冲蚀行为对环烷酸腐蚀的影响,综述了材料化学成分对耐环烷酸腐蚀影响的最新研究成果,提出可通过控制管线流速流态及选择适当材料来预防高温环烷酸腐蚀,报道了国内现有常减压装置管线材料升级情况,并对环烷酸腐蚀开展进一步研究进行了展望,以期为高酸原油加工管线的腐蚀与防护提供参考。High-temperature crude corrosion caused by naphthenic acid is one of the major corrosion problems in atmospheric and vacuum equipment pipeline during oil processing. The characteristics of naphthenic acid corrosion of pipeline are introduced briefly and the corrosion mechanism of naphthenic acid corrosion is analyzed. The effect of naphthenic acid corrosion caused by the flow rate and erosion-corrosion is also expounded. The latest results of the research on the effect of the resistance performances of high-temperature naphthenie acid corrosion caused by chemical compositions of materials are reported. The method to prevent the high-temperature naphthenie acid corrosion of pipeline by controlling the flow rate and selecting the appropriate materials is brought forward. Moreover, the improvement of in the materials of atmospheric and vacuum equipment pipeline on oil processing is expounded and the prospect for a further study of naphthenie acid corrosion is also mentioned, so that it can be used as a reference in the field of acidic crude oil corrosion and safety of the equipment pipeline.
