摘　　要：三峡库区"移土培肥工程"创新了我国土地整理的理念和模式,拓宽了库区移民安置、土地复垦的新途径。在阐述三峡库区"移土培肥工程"基本概况、工程实例及实施意义的基础上,分析了工程实施过程中可能产生的问题,并提出相应治理措施,对今后移土培肥工作有重要的应用参考价值。Transferring soil and fertilizing project in three gorges reservoir region inaugurates concepts and models of earth arrangement in our country, further increases the bran-new approaches of migrant settlement and earth recultivation in reservoir region. The essay discusses general situation of transferring soil and fertilizing project in three gorges reservoir region, project instance and the value of implementation, after that, the problems are analyzed and many methods are provided to deal with them, consequently, this essay will have important research value to the future practice of transferring soil and fertilizing project.
