摘　　要：建设"两型社会"是我国的宏伟目标,创建环境友好型卫生城市是加快建设"两型社会"的重要环节和努力方向。阐述了环境友好型卫生城市的内涵,分析了创建环境友好型卫生城市的必要性和可行性,对当前创建"两型社会"作了有益探索。The building of the ＂two-oriented society＂ is a grand goal of our society, Creating the health and environmentfriendly urban is an important part and direction of speeding up the construction of the ＂two-oriented society＂. The article elaborates the intension on health and environment-friendly cities and analyses the necessity and feasibility of constructing health and environment-friendly cities. That made a useful explorations of creating ＂two-oriented society＂.
