摘　　要：介绍了在新全球经济危机中我国工业化发展的处境和工业工程的内涵与定义、研究内容与应用领域。通过分析工业工程在国内遇到的问题,提出了加强工业工程在国内应用的方法和措施:加大推广力度;分层应用于企业;应用基于循环经济的工业工程。This paper introduces the status of industrial development in China, the definition, study scopes and the application domains of industrial engineering （IE） in the new global economic crisis. Through analysising the problems of the industrial engineering, the paper points out the methods of enhancing industrial engineering applications in China as more popularizing,layering the applications in different kinds of enterprises and applying the IE based on circular economy.
