摘　　要：高校教师的选拔和聘用,是当前高校师资队伍建设中的一个核心课题,也是在高校改革中最具挑战、最受关注的领域之一。将胜任力的概念及其研究成果引入高校教师管理之中,运用新的理论依据和技术方法对高校教师进行选聘等,对教师和高校的发展都具有重要的意义。The selection and employments of the universities teachers are the core topic within the teachers troops construction of the current university, it is also one of the realm which have the most challenge and be and the most concern in universities reform. The paper leads the concept of the competence and the research result into the universities teacher managements, make use of the new theories and the technique method to the universities teacher, all have the important meaning to the developments of both the teacher arid universities.
