摘　　要：人类的经济生活是文化的一个组成部分,文化是经济发展的重要因素。从理论上说,文化适应与牧区经济发展可相辅相成、互相促进。事实上,祁连的实际情况也证明的确如此。Economic life of human is one part of culture. Culture is an important factor of economic development. Theoretically speaking, cultural adaptation and economic development are supplement and complement each other, one pushing forward the other. In fact, the actualities in Qilian prove this is true.
