摘  要:以甘薯幼叶为试验材料,用小量快速法提取转基因甘薯总DNA。所提取的DNA以0.8%琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测和用试ECORI对DNA进行酶切。结果证明,该方法提取的DNA质量较高,可满足RAPD标记、PCR检测和Southernblot杂交等技术分析的需要。为甘薯及其他多糖类植物DNA的提取提供了一个所需材料量少、简便、快速的方法。Genomic DNA from transgenic sweet potato young leaves was extracted by a simple and quick extraction method. The method not only had simple and quick extracted speed but also would get pure and intact DNA. The extracted DNA could be cut by restrictive enzyme and could be used to PCR, Southern analysis. The method had displayed fine characteristics such as simple,quick, economical and effective. So it is a good way for us to extract genomic DNA of sweet potato and other plants.
