摘 要:在太原盆地特殊的生态条件下,从黄瓜根际土壤中分离得到镰刀菌14株。根据显微观察,确定它们分别属于3类镰刀菌菌株,其中尖孢镰刀菌占52.13%,串珠镰刀菌占19.24%,茄类镰刀菌占28.36%。对3种镰刀菌进行黄瓜致病性验证测定,尖孢镰刀菌病原菌株对蔬菜有明显致病性,串珠镰刀菌、茄类镰刀菌株表现非致病菌或弱毒株。采用室内离体平皿法测定了9种杀菌剂对黄瓜枯萎病的抑菌作用,结果表明,40%福星EC,10%世高DG和50%福美双DC对黄瓜尖孢镰刀菌抑菌作用优异。14 strains of Fusarium spp. were isolated from rhizosphere soils of cucumbers in Taiyuan,which was a special ecological condition. Fusarium oxysporum 52.13 % , F. monilifirme 19.24 % , F. solan 28.36% were respectively identified through microscope , and were tested. The results showed that Fusarium oxysporum proved to be virulent , F. monilifirme and F. solan were less virulent. Toxicity of 9 kinds of fungicides against Fusarium wilt of cucumber was determined in laboratory by means of pertidish test. The results showed that fluquinconazole and difenoconazole and t hiram provided a good control for Fusarium wilt of cucumber.
