摘 要:针对网络化环境下的复杂零件协同制造,研究了协同制造任务信息模型及建模方法。定义了协同制造任务和制造子任务,提出了基于逻辑制造单元和逻辑加工路线的协同制造任务和制造子任务表征;建立了逻辑制造单元的信息结构,定义了相关"元语",研究了逻辑加工路线的信息模型及其有向图表示;提出了协同制造任务的分解过程涵盖逻辑制造单元和逻辑加工路线的设计,并分别给出了设计方法。最后,以叶片零件为例,讨论了其协同制造任务分解的应用过程。Aiming at the collaborative manufacturing of complex parts in networked environment, the collaborative manufacturing task information model and its model building method were studied. Collaborative manufacturing tasks and sub-tasks were defined. Collaborative manufacturing tasks and sub-tasks characteristics were proposed based on Logical Manufacturing Unit (LMU) and Logical Manufacturing Process (LMP). Information structure of LMU was established, and the information model and directed graph expression were studied. Collaborative manufacturing task decomposition process covering the design of LMU and LMP was put forward, and the design methods for LMU and LMP were provided. Finally, taking blade complex parts as example, the application and implementation process of collaborative manufacturing task decomposition were discussed.
