河南农村居民疾病直接经济负担研究

摘　　要：目的:对疾病引起的直接经济负担进行测量和分析,寻找减轻农民疾病经济负担的途径和方法。方法:通过抽样调查收集资料,利用二步模型法分病种对疾病直接经济负担进行测算和对比分析。结果:2006年河南全省农村居民的疾病直接经济负担为385.93亿元,人均负担593.83元,慢性病已成为主要的经济负担。结论:农民疾病直接经济负担较重,需要加强慢性病的预防和控制。Objective The paper is to make a measurement and analysis of the direct expenditure for diseases, and solutions and means which are sought to reduce the expenses for diseases. Methods： Sample surveys are made to collect information, and the direct expenditure for diseases is calculated and analyzed by the classification of the diseases through the using of two-step model. Results： Rural residents in Henan province spent 38.593 billion yuan, 593.83 yuan per capita in 2006, and chronic diseases have become a major economic burden. Conclusions： The direct expenditure for diseases is relatively heavy, and it is necessary to reinforce the prevention and control of chronic diseases.
