摘　　要：不同于医学或法学人才培养模式,"一结·两线·多强"模式是在实践中摸索出的一种针对医事法律人才培养的个性模式。"一结"充分体现了医事法律专业、人才性质及特征,在该模式中具有核心价值和功能。建立"复合型"结构师资,进行培养内容调整与优化,运用灵活的培养方式是发挥该模式最大功效的关键。Unlike law or medical education patterns, a pattern of medicine-law combination, double-track education, and multiple-ability cultivation is a special model tentatively derived from the practice of the professionals with abilities of both medicine and law specialties. Medi- cine-law combination reflects the characteristics of the professionals in the field and is of core value and function in the pattern. The crux of exerting the uttermost efficacy of the pattern is to establish multi-specialized teaching faculty, to adjust and optimize the education content, and to employ flexible cultivation means.
