平补片腹股沟疝修补术86例临床分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨应用平补片无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟斜疝的临床经验。方法：回顾性分析2005年1月～2007年12月收治的86例腹股沟斜疝的手术经验，包括Ⅱ型28例，Ⅲ型52例，Ⅳ型6例，对手术方法、效果及并发症进行总结。结果：手术后85例患者切口轻微疼痛，无红肿和渗液，有1例发生阴囊血肿。全部患者随c方7～15个月，平均13个月，无异物感、无复发。结论：应用平补片无张力疝修补治疗腹股沟斜疝费用低、适应证广、手术简便、安全有效。Objective To explore the clinical experience of tension - free inguinal herniorrhaphy with flat plug. Method From January 2005 to December 2007, 86 inguinal heria patients underwent tension- free herniarrhaphy using flat plug, including 28 cases of type II, 52 of type III, and 6 of type IV. Operative management, clinical effective, and the complications were analyzed retrospectivcly. Resuits Eighty- five cases had little incision pain, and without flare and effusion. Only one case with hematonla of scrotum. After 7 - 15 months of follow - up, recurrence and foreign body feeling were not found. Conclusion Tension - free ingunal herniorrhaphy with flat plug is low- cost, broad indication, safe and effective.
