摘　　要：目的:探讨B超诊断小儿先天性胆总管扩张症的价值。方法:采用美国GE LOGIQ 200 B型超声诊断仪诊断30例小儿先天性胆总管扩张症患儿,与外科手术后诊断结果进行回顾性对比分析。结果:30例有27例经手术证实,3例确诊后未手术,行保守治疗。结论:超声诊断小儿先天性胆总管扩张症特异性强,是最有效的确诊方法。objective To explore the value of B ultrasound in the diagnosis of congenital biliary dilatation in children. Method The diagr, osis of 30 children with congenital biliary dilatation by GE LOGIQ 200 B uhrasonnd （ The United States） were compared with the diagnosis after common bile duct surgery. Results For 27 cases of 30 were confirmed by surgery, and 3 cases received conservative treatment after comfirmed. Conclusion B ultrasonic diagnosis of congenital biliary dilatation is the most effective method of comfirmed diagnosis.
