摘  要:运用6σ的稳健优化设计理论,以连杆机构的几何参数为设计变量,以满足曲槽摇杆机构及传动角条件为约束,以再现轨迹精度最佳为目标函数,同时考虑连杆件制造精度对轨迹精度的影响,采用具有正态分布参数的蒙特卡罗法采样和多目标模拟退火算法对机构进行稳健优化设计。计算结果显示,与传统优化设计相比,该方法更符合实际情况,且当设计变量发生变异时,能有效保证机构的运动轨迹精度。The paper presents how the plane four-bar linkage is designed by means of the robust optimization design theory, Monte Carlo with normal distribution as sampling and MOSA (multi -objective simulated annealing) algorithn, taking the linkage's geometrical parameters as the design variables, a certain point's movement locus of the linkage and transmission angle as the design constraints, the minimum locus error between the theoretical and practical ones as objec- tive function, and considering the influence of manufacturing precision on the movement locus one. The design results are closer to practical ones in comparison to the classical optimizaion design and it can ensure the movement locus precision of the linkage even if the random errors of design variables could be caused by manufacturing.
