摘　　要：省级主体功能区划分和规划是依据资源环境承载能力、现有开发密度和发展潜力,统筹考虑生态功能和经济社会发展方向,从区域空间开发适宜性的角度,将区域划分为具有特定主体功能定位的不同空间单元的过程。对省域国土空间的划分和规划,指标体系和划分对象具有显著的空间特性。利用GIS技术建立规划支持系统,可以将数据管理、模型计算、区划和规划结果可视化显示集成在一起,为区划和规划提供技术支撑。以省级主体功能区划分的技术规程为指导,围绕河南省主体功能区划分和规划,对省级主体功能区规划支持系统数据库内容、功能系统进行了分析,研究开发了省级主体功能区规划支持系统。The regionalization and planning of the provincial main-functional zones is based on resources and environment carrying capacity, the existing development density and development potential, considers the ecological functions and the direction of economic and social development as a whole. It is a process to divide region into different space units with specific main functions. Index system and the division object have notable spatial peculiarity for regionalization and planning of provincial land space, using technology of GIS to develop planning support sys- tem can integrate data management and modeling computation with visualization of the regionalization and planning results, thereby can provide technical support for regionalization and planning of the main function region. The paper takes the technology regulations of the division of provincial main function region as guidance, focuses on the regionalization and planning of Henan provincial main-functional zones, analyzes the data base content and system functions of the provincial main-functional zones planning support system, study and develop the provincial mainfunctional zones planning support system.
