摘　　要：首先论述了旅游卫星帐户(TSA)的起源、内容与编制特点;其次,对发达国家编制旅游卫星帐户的工作思路、分类体系与数据获取等编制方法进行了比较分析,分析了国外编制TSA的一些基本不同之处,探讨了国外TSA的发展方向;再次,分析了我国目前各地区TSA编制实践的进展,并进一步分析了我国区域TSA编制实践所反映出来的一些问题,如地方接待国内游客总量的核算、旅游特征产品和旅游特征产业目录和TSA编表方法、编制难点等,最后提出了一些对策建议。Firstly, the paper makes research on the origin, contents and characteristics of the Tourism Satellite Account. Secondly, the paper compares the working procedure, classification system, data acquirement of the TSA work in the developed countries, and the development of the TSA oversea as well. Thirdly, the paper also ana- lyzes the current development of regional TSA in China and relevant issues, such as the total amount of regional do- mestic tourist arrivals, classification of tourism characteristic activities and tourism characteristic products, etc.
