摘　　要：系统以ArcGIS9.0、ArcIMS9.0为开发平台,应用WebGIS技术、数据库技术、多媒体技术和虚拟现实技术为基本的技术支撑,以及地图网络开发工具ArcIMS,设计了基于浏览器/服务器模式的赣东北网络旅游信息系统的总体结构与功能模块、数据库及建库流程、浏览器/服务器体系结构及实现技术方案,并利用JSP进行动态网页界面开发,该系统可实现信息查询、景点三维显示、空间分析与操作、旅游分析评价与辅助决策等功能,同时也阐述了该系统的构建对赣东北的旅游管理和旅游业发展的重要意义。Based on the B/S pattern and exploited by ArcGIS9.0 and ArcIMS9.0, the system general structure and the function module, B/S structure and the realization technology plan, database and the storehouse con- structs flow are designed for the Gandongbei Network Travel Information System to issue the maps using the technology of GIS, database, multimedia, visual reality, and ArcIMS9.0 and to exploit the contact surface using JSP. The system will have some functions, such as tour information inquiry, scenic spot three-dimensional display, spatial a- nalysis and operation, traveling analysis appraisal and auxiliary decision-making. And the article also states the meaning of the construction of the system for the management and development of the Gandongbei areas tourism in Jiangxi Province.
