摘  要:目的:研究5-氨基水杨酸及其代谢物在人血浆及尿中的浓度。方法:反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)为测定方法。结果:血浆测定两者线性范围均为0.08~8.00μg·ml-1,最低检出浓度均为0.04μg·ml-1,两者平均回收率分别为87.93%,91.48%,日内RSD分别为6.04%,5.51%,日间RSD分别为7.98%,4.43%。5-氨基水杨酸尿浓度测定线性范围为0.5~10μg·ml-1,最低检出浓度为0.25μg·ml-1,平均回收率为101.83%,日内RSD为1.57%,日间RSD为2.64%。结论:该测定方法快速,简便。n RP HPLC method for the determination of 5 aminosalicylic acid(5 ASA) and its metabolite, acetyl 5 ASA(AC 5 ASA), in plasma and urine of human was described. The standard curves of 5 ASA and AC 5 ASA were linear within the range of 0.08  ̄ 8.00 μg·ml -1 in plasma, 0.5  ̄10 μg·ml -1 (5 ASA) in urine. Their detection limits in plasma were 0.04 μg·ml -1 and 0.25 μg·ml -1 (5 ASA) in urine. The recoveries of 5 ASA and AC 5 ASA in plasma were 87.93% 91.48% , respectively, and in urine was 101.83% . The RSD of within day and between day of 5 ASA and AC 5 ASA in plasma were 6.04% , 5.51% ; 7.98% , 4.43% , respectively. 5 ASA in urine was 1.57% and 2.64% .
