摘  要:用甲醇超声提取、反相高效液相色谱分离的方法测定化妆品中的甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯和水杨酸乙基己酯的含量。较佳的色谱条件为:采用capcell pak C18UG120(5μm,4.6 mm×150 mm)色谱柱,洗提液V(甲醇)∶V(超纯水)=92∶8,流速1.0 mL/min,紫外检测波长λ=311 nm,温度为室温,进样体积为10μL。结果表明,在此条件下甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯和水杨酸乙基己酯具有很好的分离效果,其质量浓度与相应的峰面积具有良好的线形关系,在21.0μg/mL^105.0μg/mL和20.2μg/mL^102.0μg/mL内线性良好,回收率分别为96.19%~103.57%和97.65%~101.81%,方法精密度、相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.26%和1.81%。A HPLC method for determining octyl methoxycinnamate and 2 -ethylhexyl salicylate was established. Samples of cosmetics were extracted using methanol as solvent under ultrasonic wave. The extract was analyzed on capcell pak C18 UG120 (5 μm,4.6 mm × 150 ram) column with UV detection at λ =311 nm. The suitable conditions are:the mobile phase consists of methanol and water (with volume ratio of 92: 8) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min; the temperature is room temperature and the injection volume is 10 μL. The results showed that the mass fraction content shows good linearity vs. the peak area within ranges of 21.0 μg/mL - 105.0 μg/mL and 20. 2 μg/mL - 102.0μg/mL. The recovery is 96. 19% - 103.57% and 97.65% - 101. 81% ,and the RSD of the method is below 1.26% and 1.81%.
