摘 要:用克山病病区低硒粮饲料和该饲料补硒喂养大鼠,动态观察了喂养1、2和3个月时两组大鼠心肌肌浆网钙转运功能的改变。结果表明:在各喂养期,低硒组大鼠心肌肌浆网Ca2+-ATPase活性和Ca2+摄取速率均明显低于补硒组,而脂质过氧化物浓度则显著高于同期补硒组。提示低硒大鼠心肌肌浆网Ca2+-ATPase活性和Ca2+摄取下降可能是脂质过氧化增高的结果。Two groups of weanling SpragueDawley rats were fed on a low-selenium basal diet and the same diet supplemented with sodium selenite,respectively,for 1, 2 and 3 months. At each feeding time,the Ca2+ -ATPase activity,Ca2+ uptake rateand the capacity of Ca2+ uptake in isolated cardiacsarcoplasmic reticulum from the Se-deficient ratswere decreased significantly compared to those fromthe Se-supplemented rats; but the content of lipidperoxide in sarcoplasmic reticulum from the Se-deficient rats was significantly higher than that from Sesupplemented rats. The results suggest that the enhancement of lipid peroxidation via Se deficiencymight be responsible for the decreases of Ca2+ -AT-Pase and Ca2+ uptake activities in sarcoplasmic reticulum in Se-deficient animals.
