摘 要:以1.6-dipheny1.3.5-hexatrience(DPH)作荧光探剂,应用荧光偏振技术测定30例Ⅱ型糖尿病(NIDDM)患者外周血中性粒细胞(polymorphonuclearleucocyte,PMN)膜脂流动性,并与24例健康人对照。结果显示,Ⅱ型糖尿病患者PMN膜脂流动性显著下降,膜微粘度明显增加,且膜脂流动性降低与空腹血糖水平和脂质过氧化程度呈负相关。提示PMN膜脂流动性降低可能是糖尿病病人白细胞功能异常易患感染的细胞结构基础,而长期高血糖状态和脂质过氧化增强则是导致糖尿病患者PMN膜脂流动性降低的重要因素。Fluorescence polarization techniquewith the fluorescent lipid probe 1. 6-dipheny 1. 3. 5-hexatrience was used to measure the degree of membrane fluidity of polymorphonuclear leukocytes(PMN) in 30 patients with non-insulin-dependentDiabetes mellitus (NIDDM). It was found that themembrane fluidity of PMN in NIDDM was significantly decreased as compared with that of 24 controls (P <0. 001 ) and the degree of decrement wasnegatively correlated with the fasting blood glucose concentration and lipid peroxidation damage. The result indicates that the decrease of membrane fluidity of PMN probably is the cytology base of Diabetes mellitus' abnormity of white blood cell which can cause infection easily. The long-term hyperglycemia and lipid peroxidation are the important factors that lead to the decrease of membrane fluidity of PMN in Diabetes mullitus (NIDDM)
