摘　　要：目的探讨泌尿外科病种和治疗方法的演变及其相关因素。方法回顾性调查我院泌尿外科手术5207例次,并制成相关图表。结果5207例次手术中,男性3825例次,女性1382例次。年龄2～101岁,平均68.4岁。二类手术2926例次,三类、四类和特类手术2281例次。早年以膀胱切开取石、膀胱造瘘、睾丸鞘膜翻转等手术居多,近10年来以上尿路结石手术、前列腺手术居多,泌尿系肿瘤上升亦较快。结论专科建设及人才培养的不断加强,先进医疗设备的逐步引进,泌尿外科疾病谱的不断改变,医疗技术在不断提高,手术方式也在不断改进。Objective To explore the evolution of the disease types, treatment ways and the relevant factors in Urology. Methods A retrospective survey in our hospital at 5 207 eases of urological surgery was carried out and made the charts. Results In the 5207 cases ,3 825 cases of male, 1 382 cases of female, aged from 2 to 101 years old, average 68.4 years old. 2 926 cases of the Ⅱ operative type and 2 281 cases of Ⅲ, Ⅳ and specialty. In the early years ,the surgical operations were the cases of suprapubic lithotomy of bladder, suprapubic eystostomy, hydrocele of tunia vaginalis, etc, in the majority. However, in recent ten years, the most were the cases of upper urinary tract lithotomy, prostatectomy. The cases of operation of the urinary tumors were also increasing quickly. Conclusion The departmental construction, the training of talented people, the continuous imported of advanced medical equipment step-by-step, and the introduction of urological diseases of changing spectrum of diseases, medical, technology continues to improve, and the operation mode also has been improved.
