摘  要:PAX旋流燃烧器是为解决火力发电厂直吹式系统燃用低挥发分煤种而研发的燃烧技术。蒲城发电有限公司1025t/h锅炉配用的PAX旋流燃烧器自投运以来,多次出现喷口烧损、结焦、积粉自燃等问题,导致锅炉不能正常运行。通过对PAX旋流燃烧器结构的分析和试验,掌握了该燃烧器的运行特性,针对出现问题提出了改进措施,解决了燃烧器结焦、烧损及积粉自燃等问题。PAX swirl Burner is one combustion technology developed to solve the problem of direct blow system fueled with lowvolatile coal. Since 1 025 t/h boiler with PAX swirl burner puts into operation in Pucheng Power Generation Co. Ltd., there vents coking, powder accumulation self-igniting and other issues appear, which leads to boilers' non normal operation. Through the analysis and test of the structure of PAX swirl burner, the operation characteristics of the burner are mastered. According to existing problems, some improvement measures are put forward to solve the burner's coking, burn-out, powder accumulation self-igniting and other issues.
