麻纤维纺纱加工的新思考

摘　　要：本文针对目前麻纺加工中的一些问题进行了探讨,提出了减少纤维长度,改善可纺性和成纱质量;对纤维进行精细化处理,使其能在棉纺设备上加工,缩短流程并提高质量,以及采用多种纤维混纺以改善纤维和制品的性能的观点。Some new methods and viewpoints for the processing and production of bast fibers are proposed in this paper, including shortening the fiber length, which is benefit for the processing and quality of products; refining and cottonizing the bast fibers, which makes the fibers more processable and applicable; blending with other fibers instead of the modification of the bast fibers, which is more feasible and practiceable.
