临床路径在医疗改革新形势下的应用研究

摘　　要：本文介绍我院在新形势下开展临床路径应用研究的6个步骤:构建组织管理体系、选择病种、制定临床路径文本、实施临床路径、效果评价、统计分析,结果显示临床路径的实施能较好地规范医疗行为,缩短平均住院日,降低医疗费用,保证医疗质量,提高病人满意度。实施临床路径,是顺应我国医疗改革的新形势下医疗服务发展潮流,能合理配置医疗资源,合理控制医疗费用增长,提高医疗服务质量,增加医患间的沟通和信任度,改善医患关系,缓解"看病难、看病贵、行医难"等问题,可达到政府、医疗保险机构、患者、医务人员和医疗服务机构等多方共赢。This article introduced our hospital under the new situation carries out clinical pathway applied research 6 steps： The construction organization manages the system, choice sickness plants, the formulation clinical pathway text, the implementation clinical pathway, the effect appraisal, the statistical analysis, the result demonstration clinical pathway implementation can well the standard medical behavior, reduces the average in hospital date, reduces the medical expense, guaranteed the medical quality, enhances the patient degree of satisfaction. Implements the clinical pathway, is complied with our country medical service reform under the new situation the medical service development tidal current, can dispose the medical resources reasonably, controls the medical expense to grow reasonably, improves the medical service quality, the increase medicine trouble communication and the confidence level, the improvement medicine trouble relations, the alleviation ;sees a doctor difficultly, to see a doctor expensively, practices medicine difficultly, and so on, may achieve the government, the medical insurance organization, the patient, the medical personnel and the medical service organization altogether wins.
