过期麻疹疫苗治疗小儿水痘10例

摘　　要：目的探讨过期麻疹疫苗治疗水痘的效果及意义。方法过期麻疹疫苗1ml,三角肌皮下注射1针。结果10例小儿水痘病程(2.1±1.74)d,与总体病程10d±差异有极显著意义(P<0.001)。结论过期麻疹疫苗可缩短水痘病程,提高治愈率,益于麻疹疫苗再利用。Objective To study the effect and significance of out-of-date measles vaccine used in chicken pox treatment. Methods 10 children with varicella were given out-of-date injection of deltoid hypodermic lml per injection. Results The disease course of the 15 children with varicella was 2.1±1.74.Compared with the 10d＇s general course of disease,there was significant difference canbe found. （P〈0.001）. Conclusion Out-of-date measles vaccine can shorten the time of disease caused by virus and is helpful to the reuse of the vaccine.
