摘  要:探讨了在8YSZ二元系统的基础上掺杂Yb2O3对氧化锆基固体电解质材料电导性能的影响。实验结果表明:随着烧结温度的提高,4Yb-8YSZ材料的电导性能得到一定地提高。与8YSZ相比,4Yb-8YSZ烧结体具有更佳的电导率。在700℃操作温度下,4Yb-8YSZ电解质的电导率达到4.83×10-3S.cm-1,适用于做中温的电解质材料。Considering component of electrolyte material, it changed traditional 2-systems of 8YSZ by choosing Yb2O3 as additives to prepare the3-systems material. The conductance properties of zirconia with Yb2O3 were investigated. Results showed that when the sintering temperature rised, the increase in the conductivity can be observed in 4Yb-8YSZ. Compared with 8YSZ,the 4Yb-8YSZ exhibited the higher ionic conductivity of the zirconia solid solution.The conductivity of 4Yb-8YSZ eletrolyte achieved 4.83×10^-3S.cm-1 at operate temperature 700℃, which indicated be optimum as the electrolyte material of intermediate temperatures.
