摘  要:合成含杂萘联苯结构的环氧甲基丙烯酸酯(EMA),并以其作为基体树脂,配制UV固化涂料,确定较优的配方。选用三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)和1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯(HDDA)为稀释剂,引发剂1173的含量为3%,得到的紫外光(UV)固化涂层光泽度高,铅笔硬度为6H;附着力为1级。在此配方下加入合成辣椒碱作为防污涂料的防污剂,制备环境友好型防污涂料,并对涂膜性能及防污性能进行考察研究。添加10%辣椒碱防污剂时涂膜具有高的凝胶含量,优良耐化学性能和防污性能。A new kind of epoxy methacrylate containing phthalazinone moiety was synthesized. The environment friendly coating systems were prepared using capsaicin as the antifoulants and epoxy methacrylate as basic resin. Gel fraction, chemical resistance and antifouling properties of the coatings were investigated. The pencil hardness was 5H and the adhesion power was grade 1. The coating with 10% capsaicin had better antifouling properties than that without capsaicin or with 5 % capsaicin. The results proved that capsaicin antifouling coating had made the satisfactory antifouling result.
