摘 要:半解析法分析表面式永磁无刷电机电枢反应气隙磁场。求解区域分为气隙和槽形区域,气隙磁场用解析法求解,槽形区域用差分法计算。两区域含共有部分,共有部分的磁场计算结果可作为另一场域的边界条件。定子开槽以及槽内电流都能以实际情况表示,实例计算与有限元法计算结果吻合较好,计算值与测量值较为一致,证明了方法的正确性。A semi-analytical approach was applied for armature reaction field analysis of surface mounted permanent magnet brushless motors. The field region was divided into air-gap and slot sub-regions. Analytical method was used to solve the air-gap field equation while the difference method to solve the field equation in slot region. Computation results in common parts can be used as boundary conditions for another region. Stator slot opening and slot currents can be presented on fact. The proposed approach is exemplified by using practical permanent magnet brushless machines, and verified by comparing with the finite element method and experiment.
