摘  要:分析了高压侧电压控制(HSVC)对电力系统小扰动稳定性的影响。对Heffron-Philips模型、阻尼转矩系数、特征值、励磁系统的传递函数、电力系统稳定器(PSS)参数整定这五个与小扰动稳定密切相关的问题及其之间的关联影响进行了分析与计算。结果表明:HSVC的引入改变了Heffron-Philips模型系数,随着功率增大,可能使系统更早地出现负阻尼;转子功角模式的阻尼比相对于常规AVR较小;同时增加了励磁系统的滞后角度,若不计入其影响,会减弱PSS的效果;因此需根据实际情况决定是否重新整定PSS参数。This paper studies the impact of high side voltage control (HSVC) on the small signal stability of power systems. The study reveals that HSVC changes two coefficients of the Heffron-Philips model. Accordingly the damping torque coefficient is different from that of the ordinary automatic voltage regulator (AVR). The damping ratio of the rotor angle mode is also affected as the damping among eigenvalues is redistributed. Furthermore HSVC influences the phase lag angle of the excitation system. Then, time domain simulations are performed based on power system simulation for engineering (PSS/E). One is to verify the damping ratios of the rotor angle mode of three types of excitation system, and the other is to examine the impact of HSVC on the effectiveness of PSS whose parameters have been set before HSVC is in service. The result of the latter is used to decide whether or not the PSS parameters should be reset. The simulations are in consistent with the theoretical analysis.
