摘 要:利用加压热天平在1173~1323K、0.1~3MPa范围内,对神府煤焦与CO2的气化反应进行动力学分析。考察温度、压力对神府煤焦与CO2气化反应动力学特性的影响及气化反应速率和反应时间之间的关系,发现气化反应速率随反应时间的变化近似呈正态分布,建立了气化反应速率与反应时间的正态分布动力学模型。与随机孔模型对比,发现正态分布时间模型能较好地描述煤焦的气化动力学规律。由正态分布模型求得的反应速率常数r0、rm遵循Arrenius定律,lnr0、lnrm对1/T呈良好的线性关系;在0.1~3MPa范围,求得的反应活化能为150~185kJ/mol,与相关文献报道的结果基本一致。CO2-gasification behavior of Shenfu char from China was investigated by high pressure thermogravimetric analysis (PTGA) in the temperature range from 1 173K to 1 323 K, and the pressure from 0.1 MPa to 3 MPa. Effects of temperature and pressure on the CO2 gasification reactivity of Shenfu char and the relationship between the gasification rate and reaction time were analyzed. It was found that the reaction rate submitted normal distribution with reaction time and a normal distribution model was proposed to fit the kinetics data. Compared with the random pore model, results show that the normal distribution model can be used to describe the gasification rate changing with reaction time at different temperature and pressure, rm, r0 calculated by normal distribution model submit Arrenius law, and the linear relation between Inr0, lnrm and 1/T is excellent. Activation energy of Shenfu char CO2 gasification is about 150-185 kJ/mol, which is in accordance with reported data.
