摘 要:与传统的输电系统规划相比,电力市场环境下的输电系统规划需要处理更多的不确定因素。文章针对规划期限内负荷增长和发电机装机容量的灰色性、随机性特点,建立了基于灰色机会约束规划(grey chance constrained programming,GCCP)的输电系统规划数学模型,采用灰色模拟的遗传算法求解目标函数,得到了对应不同置信水平的最优输电系统规划方案。算例分析表明,采用本文方法求得的规划结果有较好的灵活性和适应性,对规划工作有一定的参考意义。Comparing with traditional power transmission system planning, there are more uncertain factors to be processed during power transmission system planning under electricity market environment. According to the load increasing and grey and stochastic properties of installed capacity of generators, a mathematical model of power transmission system planning based on grey chance constrained programming (GCCP) is built up; the objective function is solved by genetic algorithm (GA) with grey simulation, and optimal power transmission system planning schemes corresponding to different confidence levels are obtained. Analysis on the results of calculation example shows that the planning result obtained by the proposed method is more flexible and adaptable, so the proposed method is available for reference to planning works.
