摘 要:PMU布点问题需要在满足一定约束的条件下同时优化2个相互冲突的指标:配置PMU的数目(或费用)最少和测量冗余度最高。文章提出基于线性0-1整数规划的模型并用来求解系统正常运行方式下完全可观测的PMU配置方案,还分别给出了线路N-1故障时以及PMU N-1故障时系统仍可观测的PMU配置模型,该模型不仅考虑了PMU实测数据,还计及了可用的潮流数据和零注入节点。文章通过将零注入节点转化为潮流已知线路巧妙地回避了模型的非线性问题。通过对IEEE测试系统和浙江电网进行仿真,验证了所提方法的有效性和灵活性。It is necessary for phasor measurement unit (PMU) placement to simultaneously optimize two indices which conflict each other under a certain constraints, i.e., the least amount of the placed PMUs or the least cost for them and the highest measurement redundancy. The author proposes a model based on the 0-1 linear integer programming to solve fully observable arrangement of PMUs under normal operating modes, meanwhile, a model of PMUs placement is given that will be still observable under the N-1 fault of transmission line or the N-1 fault of PMUs. In this model, not only the data measured by PMUs is considered, but also the usable power flow data and the buses with zero injection. By means of changing the buses with zero injections into transmission lines with measured power flows, the nonlinear problem of the proposed model is avoided. Through the simulation of IEEE 118-bus test system and Zhejiang Power Grid, the effectiveness and flexibility of the proposed model are verified.
