摘　　要：目的为合理利用社会支持系统，帮助患者适应疾病过程，改善生活质量，提高治疗效果，促进患者康复。方法采用问卷调查法，对235例原发性肝癌患者的社会支持状况、生活质量以及二者的相关性进行调查。结果肝癌患者获得的社会支持总分（44．40±7．54）分，所获得的社会支持主要来自于家庭；肝癌患者生活质量总分为（48．75±7．31）分；社会支持与患者总体生活质量之间呈正相关（P〈0．01）；社会支持与生活质量的5个维度也呈正相关（P〈0．01）。结论良好的社会支持是肝癌患者应对疾病、克服病痛、增强治疗信心的重要支柱，可在提高患者生活质量，维护身心状态、促进康复方面发挥积极的作用。Objective To reasonably make use of the social support system, help the patients adapt to the disease process, increase the quality of life, improve the curative effect and promote the recovery of patients. Methods The status of social support, the quality of life and the correlation of the two were surveyed among 235 primary liver cancer patients using a questionnaire survey method. Results The total score of social support acquired by the liver cancer patients was （44.40 ±7.54）, and the social support really came from the family; The total score of life quality was （48.75±7.31 ）. There was a positive correlation between the social support and the whole quality of life （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The social support had positive correlations with the five dimentions of qulity of life （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions Good social support is the important foundation for the liver cancer patients to cope the disease, overcome the pain of disease and increase their therapy confidence. It can play an active role in improving the quality of life, maintaining the physical and mental state, and promoting the rehabilitation.
