摘　　要：根据系统论思想和邻域系统理论,企业知识资本本身是由人力资本、结构资本、类知识产权资本和客户资本子系统或元素构成的一个具有链型结构和网状结构的邻域系统,具备显著的邻域系统特征。企业知识资本系统的目标是系统的价值转化与价值实现。在价值实现和价值转化过程中,系统各构成要素相互影响、相互作用、相互依赖,是统一、不可或缺的整体。企业知识资本系统的价值转化是在系统不断变化、演进、跃升过程中完成的。而系统演进的动因主要在于各构成要素间相互耦合、互相关联的协同作用。涨落和协同寓于企业知识资本系统之中,时刻伴随着企业知识资本系统的价值转化,构成了企业知识资本系统演进的动力机制。Enterprise＇s knowledge capital system, according to systematic thoughts and neighborhood system, is a system of chain structure and reticular formation, composed of human resources capital, structure capital, genera - intellectual property and subsystem of customer capital. It aims at value shift and realization of system. During the process, each element of system influences, affects each other, forming a union. The value shift finishes itself with the evolution, changes and promotion of system. The motivations of evolution lie in the cooperated role of coupling and correlation between elements. Rising and fall and cooperation exist in enterprise＇s knowledge capital system, complying with the value shift of the capital system and becoming a motive mechanism for its evolution.
