摘 要:用200、600、1 000、1 400和1 800μg·g-1的矮壮素喷施高羊茅,结果显示,矮壮素改变了高羊茅的生长格局,使植株生长速率降低,根系变短,单株分蘖出现一定程度的增多,其中以600和1 000μg·g-1的矮壮素处理较为经济有效。600μg·g-1的矮壮素处理后的21 d内,高羊茅叶片内源激素IAA与GA(1/3)含量一直呈下降趋势,ABA含量呈上升趋势,ABA/IAA、ABA/GA(1/3)比值较处理初期分别提高了2.12倍和1.77倍。内源激素含量与比例的变化可能是引起高羊茅生长格局改变的重要原因。In the experiment, chlorocholine chloride (CCC) with concentration of 200,600,1 000, 1 400 and 1 800 μg·g^-1 were applied to Festuca arundinacea through spraying on leaf surface. The results showed that growth pattern of Fesuca arundinacea was changed after CCC treatment. The plant growth rates dropped, maximal length of roots got shorter, and tiller number of singal plant increased. In these treatments, 600 and 1 000μg·g^-1 CCC were rather efficient because of their obvious inhibition of plant growth rate and promotion of tillering. During 21 days after treated with 600 μg·g^-1 CCC, the contents of IAA and GA(1/3) in F. arundinacea leaves decreased all along, while the content of ABA increased, and the ratio of ABA/ IAA and ABA/GA(1/3) increased by 2.12 and 1.77 times respeetly than that of the beginning after treatment. So it could be deduced that the changes of growth pattern of F. arundinacea caused by CCC treatment might be ascribed to the changes of endogenous hormones contents and ratio.
