摘 要:介绍了该工程水源热泵空调系统的技术方案,包括空调风系统和水系统的设计、湖水取水及水处理系统的设计。并与传统空调系统进行了对比,结果表明:水源热泵空调系统比传统空调系统具有明显的经济优势。水源热泵空调系统的初投资多出19.79万元,但每年的运行费用可以节约15.2%,为4.35万元,简单投资回收期为4.55年,而且随着电费费率的提高,投资回收期会相应缩短。The lake water source heat pump air conditioning system of Shan Bet Administrative Building of Fuzhou University was introduced. It includes air conditioning system and water system, lake water and water treatment system. By comparing with traditional air- conditioning systems, results show that the watersource heat pump air- conditioning system has obvious economic advantages than conventional air- conditioning system. The initial investment of former is 197 900 Yuan more than that of latter, but the annual running costs can be saved by 15.2%, i.e.43 500 Yuan.The simple payback period is 4.55 years, and the payback period would be shortened with price of electricity increasing.
