摘　　要：叙述了对高校图书馆员进行专业技术培训的模式,提出了专业技术培训与人力资源增值构想,指出只有通过专业技术培训,才能提高馆员的素质、提高图书馆的服务质量、提高人力资源的持续增值能力。This paper expounds some models adopted by university library in special technical training for librarians, puts forward the ideas of the special technical training and human resource value increasing, and points out that only the special technical training can improve librarians＇ quality, improve the quality of library service, and improve the ability of sustainable value increase of human resource.
