摘　　要：抽象并提出了商业银行操作风险管理组织立体架构,设计出商业银行内外部信息沟通网络中节点间信息沟通数据的加工以及连接的建立方式,构造出衡量商业银行操作风险管理组织信息沟通有效性的时效熵指标以及质效熵指标,提出商业银行操作风险管理组织要素以及组织系统的信息沟通有效性模型,该模型使得商业银行从根本上了解并控制自身信息沟通成为可能。This paper abstracts and advances the 3-dimensional structure of operational risk management organization in commercial bank, designs the methods for processing the information communication data among the nodes in internal and external information communication network of commercial bank and creating the connection, establishes the aging entropy indexes and quality entropy indexes which can weigh the effectiveness of operational risk management information communication of commercial bank, and advances the elements of operational risk management organization of commercial bank and effectiveness model of information communication of organization system, which makes it possible that the commercial bank knows and controls it self＇ s information communication fundamentally .
