摘　　要：目的:观察EN+GH对改善全胃切除术后食管-空肠吻合口瘘病人营养状态和预后的影响。方法:对11例全胃切除术后吻合口瘘病人给予EN+GH治疗,分别于治疗前后测定血清总蛋白(TP)、ALB、球蛋白、纤维连接蛋白(FN)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、PA和TF的浓度。结果: EN+GH治疗后病人血清相关蛋白中FN和TF水平有明显增加(P<0. 01,P<0. 05),CRP水平明显减少(P<0. 01)。结论: EN+GH治疗可促进全胃切除术后病人吻合口瘘的快速自愈。Objective ： To investigate effcets of EN and growth hormone on nutritional state and the healing of fistula after total gastrectomy. Methods ： Eleven cases of fistula after total gastrectomy from August 2001 to January 2007 were enrolled in the study. EN and growth hormone were successfully adminis- tered. The peripheral blood were collected and serum protein levels were measured. Results： The fibronectin and transferrin increased significantly, but e-reactive protein decreased obviously. Conclusion： EN and growth hormone were effective in improving the nutritional state and the healing of fistula after total gastreetomy.
