摘　　要：目的建立同时测定新复方感冒片中对乙酰氨基酚、右美沙芬、甲基麻黄碱、氯苯那敏和咖啡因5种成分含量的方法。方法采用Cosmosil C18分析柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-磷酸二氢钾缓冲液(梯度洗脱)。检测波长:220nm。流速:1mL·min-1。结果5种成分线性关系均良好,r>0.9996,平均回收率均大于99.0%,RSD均小于2.0%。结论该方法准确、简便、灵敏度高,可用于该制剂质量控制。AIM To develop an RP-HPLC method for the determination of the five ingredients of paracetamol, dextromethorphan, methylephedrine, chlorphenamine and caffeine in new compound rheum tablets. METHODS The chromatographic method was carried out on a Cosmosil C18 column with methanol and potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer solution gradient elution as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 220 nm. RESULTS The good linearity, recovery and reproducibility were obtained. The mean recoveries were above 99.0% and RSD were below 2.0%. CONCLUSION The method is accurate and simple for the quality control of the compound preparation.
