历史文化保护区保护规划编制工作探讨——以广州市小洲村为例

摘　　要：通过对历史文化保护区保护规划相关概念的明晰,提出保护规划编制的重点是"控制线"的划定。在规划内容上,建筑保护图则与环境要素保护图则是历史文化保护区保护规划的重要内容;在规划实施上,只有将保护规划编制与规划管理相结合才能真正发挥保护规划的重要作用。By clarifying the concepts related to the conservahon planning for historical and cultural conservation districts, the paper points out the key to the conservation planning is to define the ＂Control Line＂. In terms of planning contents, the historical archrtecture conservation plan and environmental elements conservation plan constiute important components of conservation plan of historical and cultural conservation districts. In terms of planning realization, the conservation plans can only work most efficiently when the planning is properly combined with the planning administration.
